This is a group meditation that offers a calm and welcoming space to take a break and reconnect with yourself.

Each session features a gentle guided meditation based on mindfulness and mental health care.

You don't need any previous experience — just the willingness to show up, breathe, and be.

Together, we will create space to:

Slow down and calm the nervous system

Observe thoughts and emotions without judgment

Cultivate presence, compassion, and inner clarity

If you are feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or simply in need of a break— you are welcome here, just as you are.

You will leave this circle feeling more grounded, more connected, and lighter.

  • A 4-week journey, with one group meditation session per week.

    Each session includes 20–30 minutes of guided meditation, held online via Google Meet.

    A peaceful space to pause, breathe, and simply be.

    Registration is required to secure your spot.

  • The total cost of the program (4 sessions) is CHF 50.
