Grounded in Psychology. Guided by Mindfulness.
Mindful Fernanda was created with one intention: to make mental health conversations more mindful, accessible, and human.
This is a space where evidence-based psychology meets gentle reflection, helping you reconnect with yourself and find calm within the noise of modern life.
My Background
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health, and I’m a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.
Additional Training
Psychological First Aid
Mindfulness & Wellbeing Practices
I blend academic foundations with evidence-based tools, always with the intention to meet you as a human first, not something to fix.
My Experience
I guide clients through personalised mindfulness practices designed to support emotional balance and mental clarity.
Each session is tailored to the person in front of me, addressing needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, excessive phone use, prenatal connection, and personal growth.
My Approach
I combine psychological insight with mindfulness and compassion, creating warm, confidential spaces where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported exactly as you are.
My Mission
To hold a space that’s both grounded in psychology and guided by mindfulness.
Through open dialogue, evidence-based insights, and soft reflection, my work invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your emotional well-being.
I’m committed to walking alongside you with presence, care, and curiosity — not to fix, but to help you see more clearly and feel more whole.
Let’s Connect
Whether you’re just beginning your mindfulness journey
or deepening an existing practice,
I’m here to support you with warmth, structure, and compassion.
This space meets you where you are —
whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious, or ready to reconnect.
Together, we’ll explore gentle, evidence-based ways
to bring clarity, calm, and presence into your daily life.
It’s not about changing who you are,
but remembering your way back to yourself.
