Each session begins with a short check-in, followed by a personalised meditation based on what you’re feeling or needing in that moment.
Afterwards, we have a reflection moment — a calm space to process, integrate, and make sense of your experience. -
Individual sessions last 45–60 minutes.
Group sessions in the Pause & Breathe Circle are 20–40 minutes each. -
Yes. Everything you share — feelings, experiences, personal stories — is completely confidential.
This is a safe, supportive space for your emotional wellbeing. -
If you miss a session, you’re welcome to schedule a free make-up session so you don’t lose your progress.
